1. A Stars and Stripes Flag Company sells certain products and replacement parts (collectively the "goods") through this Site. Our response, however communicated, will be to sell you the requested goods under these terms of purchase. A Stars and Stripes Flag Company objects to any terms that are in addition to or different from these terms of purchase, unless agreed to in writing by A Stars and Stripes Flag Company.
2. All prices are F.O.B. Arlington Heights, Illinois or other specified shipping point. All prices are subject to any additions that may be necessary to cover any duties, taxes or charges.
3. The terms of payment will be that selected by you in executing the A Stars and Stripes Flag Company order form.
4. Title and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipper. The shipper will be that selected by you in executing the A Stars and Stripes Flag Company order form.
5. Claims for shortages or for non-shipping damages must be made to A Stars and Stripes Flag Company within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods.

Return Policy
All sales are final. The Seller will accept return of certain stock products for credit on account, subject to the following restrictions. Written authorization for return must be made by Seller prior to return of goods. Unused and unopened goods only may be returned. Buyer must prepay return freight. Custom made and other special order items are not returnable. No cash refunds will be made. Credit on account will be issued less a restocking charge equal to 15% of net value of the goods returned.
