Custom flags come in sizes ranging from 12x18” to 10x15’. They can be made for either outdoor or indoor use. Flags can be appliquéd; silk-screened or digitally printed depending on your needs.
Outdoor Flags and Banners
An
outdoor flag is made with heading and grommets is the most commonly
displayed flag and is typically flown horizontally on a vertical
freestanding outdoor flagpole. A banner is typically flown vertically.
The hoist edge is finished with an extra heavy-duty white canvas and
brass grommets.
Indoor Flags and Banners
An
indoor flag with pole hem is typically hung on smaller poles either
outside a home, indoors on smaller freestanding flagpole or carried in
parades. A pole hem is a sewn sleeve that matches the material of the
flag and is flannel lined with a leather tab to attach the flag to the
pole. The pole hem can be either on the top or side of the flag so it
can be hung horizontally or vertically. An indoor banner can be
finished with a pole hem or dowel rod and cord and tassel for hanging.

Custom
appliqué flags are made using the process of layering of fabrics onto
the background and sewing them into place. These flags can be flown
outdoors or can be finished for indoor use. The pricing is based upon
the complexity of the design and the amount of lettering and appliquéd
elements. The more detailed the design, the more costly this type of
flag can be to produce. In order to provide you with a quote, we must
see the design of the flag. Most flags have designs reading correct on
the front side and reverse (backwards) on the backside. If you would
like your flag to read correct on both sides please specify in your
quote request.

Custom
silk-screened products are made by forcing ink through one screen for
each color of the image onto the background material. There is a set up
charge to make each of the screens, which will not be charged again as
long as another order is placed within 2 years. These flags can be
flown outdoors or can be finished for indoor use. Most flags and
banners have designs reading correct on the front side and reverse
(backwards) on the backside. The Avenue banners made on Sunbrella read
correct on both sides. If you would like your nylon flag or banner to
read correct on both sides please specify in your quote request.

Four-color
process digital sublimation flags are made using state of the art dye
sublimation equipment printed at over 720 dpi. Any image can be printed
with near photographic quality. These flags will be printed on one side
with approximately 60% bleed through.

Digital
flags and banners are made using an innovative high-resolution process
printing at 360-540 dpi. The ink penetrates fully for single sided
reverse image flags and banners on nylon. Ink on vinyl banners does not
bleed to the other side. Two-sided printing on vinyl banners is
available. These products are excellent for your most colorful complex
designs.
